Do you like Moroccan mint tea? I offer you this mixture of Moroccan plants. You can drink it as an infusion, to taste it like a mint tea.
Composition : Pennyroyal, peppermint, sage, verbena, oregano
Its benefits : relaxing, soothing, antiseptic.
Use : Boil 1/2 l of water, pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture. Leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes before serving. You can add a teaspoon of honey if you wish.
