You can pay for your order by CB, VISA or MASTERCARD bank card, directly on our site when confirming your order. You can also use your PayPal account. The management of our online payments is 100% secure with Stripe & Paypal.
These payment methods offer the advantage of instantly validating your order .
Classic payments (under conditions):
We offer other payment methods such as bank transfer, payment by check or cash. By choosing one of these modes you accept our conditions:
- Cash payment is ONLY accepted for Click & Collect, i.e. orders collected from Zohra, or from its exhibition location ( see its calendar ).
- Orders paid by transfer or check will be given/sent to you ONLY AFTER you have collected the payment. As long as we do not have the total amount of the order, we cannot prepare it for you. On the other hand, the products are reserved and on hold for 7 days, the time to receive your payment. At the end of these 7 days, without news from you, we will be obliged to cancel the order.
You will receive a message to confirm the progress of the status of your order.
All instructions for making your transfer or check (our IBAN, in what order to issue the check, the postal address to send it to us) are sent to you as soon as you validate your order. If you have a problem, contact us .
