It is a mixture of aromatic plants whose exotic flavor is simply incredible on the palate! The addition of all these plants will bring you a concentrate of benefits for your health (digestive, urinary, antiseptic, respiratory, relaxing, detox, migraines, etc.).
Composition : pennyroyal, hibiscus, sage, verbena, mystical cumin (= wool cumin), cinnamon, rose petals, lavender, rosemary, thyme, chamomile.
Preparation : In a teapot, pour 2 teaspoons of this mixture. Bring water to a boil. Then pour it into the teapot and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. If you want to get foam, learn to hold the teapot high to pour the drink.
You can consume this infusion in the evening before going to bed. If you like Chinese green tea, you can add 1 teaspoon of green tea before pouring the mixture into the teapot . You rinse this tea with half a glass of hot water which you leave to infuse for 1 minute. Then, pour in the 2 teaspoons of the mixture and fill your teapot with boiling water. Leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes, then enjoy.
