DELIVERY, DEADLINES AND RETURNS
Packages are shipped after receipt of your payment. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and freight charges.
At At Zohra's, we are quite responsive in preparing your package . Usually, an order placed before 1 p.m. is left with the carrier the same day.
During our holidays, deadlines may be extended, but you will be notified of this.
Delivery costs are calculated after validation of your address when paying for your order, in order to give you the fairest price depending on the destination and weight of the package.
As soon as we send a shipment, you will receive a notification directly by email or text message. You can follow the delivery of your order using the tracking number associated with the package, directly on the carrier's website.

DELIVERY METHODS
We offer several delivery methods which may evolve over time. As far as possible, we offer a choice of a method of receiving the order “at home”, delivered to a letterbox , and a method of receiving it at a relay point /Pick Up. Please note for delivery to a relay point, you can choose the one that suits you only after paying for your order.
For certain items, delivery methods are adapted to their small sizes (e.g. eucalyptus crystals) or their values (e.g. jewelry)
For customers who can, you can also come and make a free collection (Click & Collect) in Varennes-Jarcy 91480, or at the Zohra exhibition venue ( refer to the agenda page for dates and locations).
DESTINATION: METROPOLITAN FRANCE
For example, sending it to your mailbox will cost you on average €4 for small items, €8 for a package weighing less than 750g. Sending to a relay point will always be cheaper for a package weighing more than 100g.
Take advantage of the free delivery !
Delivery to a relay point in France is offered free of charge from 39€ of purchase on the ATZOHRA'S store , excluding the purchase of jewelry . Below 39€ of purchase, delivery costs are billed to you depending on the size and weight of the package. For certain orders of small items with a low total volume (less than 3 cm thick and less than 100g), you will be able to receive the package directly at your home.
From 80€ of purchase, you have access to free home delivery .
Delivery delay
Delivery times are generally 2 to 4 working days for France, depending on the carrier chosen, excluding unforeseen circumstances.
Generally you need to count:
- 2 days for a Colissimo to be deposited in your mailbox
- between 3 to 4 days for a package to be delivered to a relay point. You receive a notification by email or SMS when your package is available.
OTHER DESTINATIONS
Currently we serve Andorra, Monaco, the French Overseas Territories and European countries. For the rest of the world we ship to North America at the moment, but we are trying to develop our offer. Contact us if you have additional needs, we will try to find a solution.
At Zohra's is not able to predict delivery times, as they vary depending on the country of destination and the delivery method (and for certain countries the customs processing time).
You can refer to the deadlines usually used by carriers such as La Poste, Mondial Relais, etc.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD, RETURN AND REFUND
You benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 days from delivery of an order placed online. Simply return the product(s) to us for a refund without penalty, in accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code. Return costs are your responsibility.
We would, however, draw your attention to the fact that the products on sale on the At Zohra's website are for the most part products which are exceptions to this generality such as products sealed before opening, cosmetics, foodstuffs, etc. Contact us , as soon as possible, to find out if you are eligible for reimbursement.
