This mixture is the result of my mother's recipe, who was a renowned cook in the Cher region. I will happily share the recipe with you but keep the quantities carefully! So no more hassle to cook fish for your loved ones or guests, all you have to do is prepare a marinade for your fish... And your secret will be well kept!
This delicious mixture will delight all fish lovers.
Directions for use : Take a bowl in which you put a drizzle of olive oil, a glass of tomato coulis, pour the fish mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add lemon zest with a few fresh chopped coriander leaves. whisk this mixture, then marinate the chosen fish.

Advice :
Pour into a container olive oil, salt pepper, fresh garlic, paprika, sliced onions, chopped fresh coriander. Mix everything with a lemon zest. Clean your fish, then marinate it in the prepared sauce. Fried or baked, you will delight gourmets.
