This exquisite “homemade” spread is made up of 3 main ingredients: edible argan oil, orange blossom honey and almonds. It is a Berber specialty that originated in southern Morocco near Agadir.

• Almonds: Almonds are an important source of energy and contain a lot of benefits. They are rich in lipids, mono-saturated fatty acids, proteins, fibers, vitamins E, B1 and B2, minerals and trace elements (phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, copper, iron and zinc) and contain few carbohydrates. .
